Enrollment Options

New Student Registration for 2026-2027

If you are an Oak Park resident and your child will be new to Oak Park USD for the 2026–2027 school year, registration opens January 26. Families enrolling a student for the first time at any of our schools should contact their school office by phone or email, and our staff will help you get started. To begin the enrollment process, please contact your school office directly.

Kindergarten & Universal Transitional Kindergarten Age Requirements for Fall 2026

For the 2026-2027 school year, in accordance with the state of California, children are eligible for TK if they turn 4 on or before September 1, 2026. Students who turn 5 on or before September 1, 2026 will attend Kindergarten.

UTK programs bridge preschool and kindergarten and provide free public education for younger students with opportunities to learn and grow in an environment tailored to meet their academic and social needs. 


If your child is currently attending our schools, you do not need to do anything.  Please spread the word to any interested families who may not have children currently enrolled in our schools.
