Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)

Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF)

School districts receive funding from different sources: state funds under the Local Control Funding Formula (LCFF), other state funds, local funds, and federal funds. LCFF funds include a base level of funding for all LEAs and extra
funding - called "supplemental and concentration" grants - to LEAs based on the enrollment of high needs students (foster youth, developing multilingual learners, and low-income students).

Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP)

The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year plan that describes the goals, actions, services, and expenditures to support positive student outcomes for unduplicated students (multilingual learners, socioeconomically disadvantaged students, and foster youth) that address state and local priorities. This comprehensive process enables the District to serve all students. We are entering the second year of a new LCAP cycle (2024-27).
