Business Services
The Business and Administrative Services division is comprised of Fiscal Services, Accounting, Payroll, Health Benefits, Student Nutrition Services, Facilities, Grounds, Maintenance and Operations, and Risk Management. These departments are engaged in a wide variety of services in support of the District’s educational goals. These services include development and maintenance of the District’s budget, processing payroll for 450 certificated and classified employees, maintenance of the district network and internet connectivity for 4400 students, preparation of nutritious and balanced meals, maintenance and repair of the District’s facilities and grounds, plan and construction of new facilities for the District.
The staff of the Business and Administrative Services division is committed to the absolute highest level of service in support of educational excellence for the students of Oak Park.

Vendor Approval Process
To be compliant and become an approved vendor with OPUSD, please provide the following documents and email them to Hannie Low at hlow@opusd.org. The process to become an approved vendor may take 4-8 weeks. We may ask for more documents during this process, so please kindly plan accordingly. If you have any questions, please email Hannie Low at hlow@opusd.org.
ALL VENDORS must complete, sign and submit the following documents (document #1 and #2, click on the links below for information):
(Example: Event Vendors - DJ, Face Painters)
- OPUSD Service Agreement
- Certificate of Insurance with endorsements - OPUSD COI Sample (typically 4 pages)
- (Please note that some rides/inflatables require higher insurance)

- Ventura County Environmental Health Permit
- Ventura County Seal of Inspection
- Food Safety Certificate / Food Handler Card
ANIMALS VENDORS (Example: Therapy Dogs/ Animals Exhibit)
- Veterinary Vaccination/ Health Records and Handler Permit (Therapy Dogs)
- California State Department Permit or UCDA Certificate (Animals Exhibit)
